IT cannot release footage without prior written approval from a Manager, Director, HR, or Legal/Compliance. Verbal requests alone are not accepted.

Footage is confidential property of Hensen Holdings and must not be copied, shared, posted, or forwarded without additional written permission.

Footage is stored for a limited time and is overwritten automatically. Submit requests promptly to avoid data loss.

Unauthorized access or sharing of footage may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination, and/or legal consequences.

IT contacts your manager directly via the ticket to request written approval before any footage is pulled.

Once approved, IT will retrieve the footage and follow up with you on the same ticket.

If your email app doesn't open, forward your details manually to helpdesk@eplplastics.com with your manager CC'd.
